Natascha Maria is the observer, communicating with the winds and the sea. She does not only make a picture, she’s becoming one with the sea. The result of her cooperation with the elements are pictures you want to dive into, pictures reflecting the ever changing story and mood of the sea.

Life in short
Natascha Maria was born in Beveren-Waas, studied and lived in Antwerp, Belgium.
Study: Photography and Fashion Design in the Royal Academy in Antwerp, Sculpture in the Academy Berchem and Desktop Publishing in SCVO Berchem.
Work: Graphic Artist in pastels and pen and also in the fashion industry.
Since 2008 she has taken part in group exhibitions and had 4 solo exhibitions.
Since 2011 she also works as a Graphic Designer.
In 2012 her passion for photographing the big blue started to grow.
Nowadays she’s living close to the sea, at the Athens Rivièra, in Greece.
She’s shooting with her Nikon full frame camera and chooses between 3 fixed lenses (24mm – 50mm – 85mm), which she protects with her AquaTech water housing.
